People & Connections

Farming is more than a job. It’s about connection. For our Management team, led by Sam Spiers and Luke Thompson, the motivation lies not only in leaving the land better than they found it, but in showing up every day for the people around them. At APG, we back our team to make decisions that matter, and we love seeing them thrive in their roles. Because when you grow people, everything else grows too.
